Subject: Informatics (IS/ICT) Masters Scholarships from Manchester UniversityThe 2013 Development Leaders Scholarships - worth £15,200 - are available for developing country applicants to the one-year MSc ICT4D programme; creating ICT4D champions.They are also tenable on the MSc Management and Information Systems programme; which develops "hybrid" information systems professionals.Applicants apply first for the programme. On receipt of an offer, they send a scholarship application statement by end June 2013. The scholarship covers all tuition fees.
