ok sir, than what are u want to say that if we acquire good educational qualification than we can get good salary. do u know in india so many institute or collages having librarian with low qualification.and they are getting lecturer scale.one more thing a btec student get 15600+5400 basic after passing qualification and join as lecturer. the status of librarian or other post in india is so differ. We are study about canons,principals, formulas but is really implementing in library. as i know the basic funda or library is providing informtion. we talk about very big things in library field like library is this or that. i have discuss many time on what will be the future of librarian. librarians is forget the basics of library they are implementing technologies in library by which the scope of librarian automatic down.when RFID will implement in libraries at that time the 2 library professional will be unemployed. it is sure. but you will not trust on it. see the future
