Dear Singh,

To design and develop a website basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is necessary. Others thing you can learn during your journey through the website. To learn basic of HTML and CSS you will hardly need two days. However, to be expert you need to devote more time.

To develop a LIS Links like website will involve a huge cost. Approximately, Rs. 1,00,000 (1 lakh) in a year. However, you cannot develop a LIS Links like website in a single day. So, you can start with a hosting plan at Rs. 21,000 per annum and when your members and information will grow- you need to update your hosting plan to move with time.

The LIS Links site is developed by using Ning platform. However, now-a-days there are other platforms where you can develop a LIS Links like site and such platform includes WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and so on. They are less costly and will come within the range of Rs.2,000 to Rs. 10,000.

Dear Gohel,

Its not an easy way job to earn from the website just like in our real world. You should have unique content (not copy and paste), need to format it properly and should have  unique visitors of at-least 500 in a day.

Hello sir, 

Now a days it is very easy to create web site without any hardles...so many free website builders available in net like...Googlesite, blogger, wordpress, wixsite etc...only you have to pay for domain hosting if you want to remove website builder title....and one more thing no need to know html...all this website Builders work with graphics based...choose your desire theme and start...take help from youtube (almost your solutions you can get) spent some time and learn.

For example in wordpress....you can choose any community theme...!

Another alternative if you don't know how to code very well or if you don't have a budget to hire a website designer or website developer (which can get very expensive), you can try a website builder.
