e-ShodhSindhu: a new consortium in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you are updated that the MHRD has formed a new consortium, e-Shodh Sindhu by merging three consortia, namely UGC-INFONET Digital Library Consortium, NLIST and INDEST-AICTE Consortium.
