DSSSB Librarian Vacancy: Can Computer Science People Can Apply?
As per notification for post of librarian the essential qualification are as follows
Degree from a recognized University or Equivalent.
2. Bachelor Degree or Equivalent diploma in Library Science from a
recognized University/Institute or Equivalent.
3. Experience of Two Years in Library/Computerization of a Library or
One year Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized
institute or equivalent.
What it computer certificate here
Are candidate with degree in computer science or electronics and communication are eligible

I am not sure but in dsssb patwari vacancy, all btech branch was considered equivalent to O level or 1 year computer certificate, even computer in graduation also equivalent to 1 year computer certificate
In delhi university vacancy also consider this fact
