Award was announced during IASLIC National Conference-2011at University of Kashmir, Srinagar (J & K) on 12th October, 2011. The award will be presented to him on the eve of XXIV All India Conference -2012, to be held at Pondicherry. During 2010 he has also received Lifetime Achievement Award-1 of Pustakalaya Parishad, Jodhpur.
