Very recently the Editorial Board of "College Libraries" (WBCLA) informed that 80% of the submitted articles are not following the Author Guideline which is available on WBCLA's website under Publication>>> Journals in English and Bengali (http://www.wbcla.org.in/publication/journal/) .

The Board has requested authors to submit the articles strictly following the Author Guideline.uideline.
