3. Journal & magazine Subscription
4. last purchased details books list & Bills (Yearly/freebooks updated)
5. Stack verification Report (yearly) loss of books
6. Books suggested (or) recommended Department report (HOD sign and Seal)
7. Total collection Dept wise, Reference Books (Total Volume & Title)
8. Library Details necessary cover all the details of library
9. Budget (year Expenses for library
10. Library Software
11. Issue and Return format duration for students
12. Infrastructure facility etc. (Barcode scanner & Printers facility)
