There is no provision for Deputy Librarian and Librarian in the aforesaid recommendation. What are the new norms for these positions in universities and colleges?

   About 95% of private colleges in the state of West Bengal do not follow the AICTE norms for the selection of Librarian/Asst. Librarian. They only follow the AICTE norms for the selection of Asst. Professor, Principal or Associate also. Private colleges only select the M.L.I.Sc holder candidate and exploit them, they do not select the UGC NET holder or Ph.D holder candidate because they will  be demanded the minimum actual salary and in this way private colleges are depriving the genuine candidate in this field. This is injustice.Please inform this matter to the AICTE authority.
