Now M Phil is not valid through distance mode, UGC is lift ban on that sir.

M.phil is not with distance mode.
Regulation 2009 apply.

sir my M.Phill degree is in 2008 in distance mode because in my or surrounding universities there is no M.Phill course, so we do in distance mode please suggest me
