About Newgenlib software

Dear sir,

Presently I am working in BHARATESH EDUCATION TRUST'S GLOBAL BUISNESS SCHOOL BELGAUM, KARNATAKA. Here i am using newgenlib software in my library and also it is seccessfully implemented. but my problem is how to take stock varification and how to add periodicals (loose issues) in newgenlib software
