The outcome of this conference is to put stress on the policy makers to birng the issue of public library development on chief agenda. There is need to strengthen public library act and to pass library act in the remaining states so that proper funding is ensured to the public library system accros the country. Untill and unless ICT is implemented in these libraries, they could not render effective sevices to the community they are located in.
