About the Training Programme:
As libraries evolve, the need for employees to upskill and enhance their proficiency becomes increasingly essential. Reflecting this, the sub-theme for this year is “Empowering LSS: Embracing Latest Trends and Technologies.” The training programme will integrate traditional library functions with emerging technologies, focusing on delivering innovative and effective services to users. Participants will acquire practical skills for creating impactful solutions, enhancing job satisfaction, and advancing their careers as skilled library professionals. Key focus areas include providing effective and innovative library services, utilizing library software, digitization, networking, and virtual reference tools.
